2. Data we collect

Contact and valuation request forms: first name, last name, email address, phone number, property address and characteristics, the content of your message.

Browsing data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, date and time of connection.

3. Purposes

Answering your requests and sending you a valuation or a service proposal.

Managing a sale or rental mandate.

Improving the site and measuring traffic in aggregate form.

4. Legal bases

Your consent, the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, our legitimate interest in answering a request, and compliance with our legal obligations.

5. Recipients

Your data is available to our team and to our technical providers (hosting, publication of listings on property portals), who act on our instructions. It is not sold.

It may be shared with a notary or a bank when this is necessary for your file.

6. Retention

Requests without follow-up: 12 months. Sale or rental files: the duration of the relationship, then 10 years for legal and accounting obligations.

7. Security

We use HTTPS encryption, restricted access, backups and a firewall. No system can offer an absolute guarantee.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Write to contact@easymmo.lu. You may also contact the Luxembourg data protection authority (CNPD).
