Based in Strassen, EASYMMO.LU is an independent real estate agency founded in 2022. Emmanuel, its founding partner, built his career in finance in Luxembourg before bringing that same method and transparency to real estate.
Our mission is simple: improve the buying and selling experience by combining the best of the field (presence, advice, negotiation) with the best of digital tools (tracking, presentation, efficient processes). We made a clear choice: a fixed fee, payable only on success, so your interests are aligned with ours and your budget is known from the start.
In practice we support you from the free on-site valuation to the signature of the notarial deed: file preparation, marketing strategy, edited professional photos, a 3D virtual tour and careful screening of buyers. Our knowledge of Luxembourg City and the communes within roughly 15 km means genuinely local advice.
